  7.   This little multi-tasking WIMP environment
  8.   utility convert the Paint 256 colours palette
  9.   colour number (0-255) in the Archimedes standard
  10.   COLOUR (0-63) and TINT (0-255).
  11.   It also supply the decimal and hexadecimal
  12.   parameters to define the physical colours
  13.   associated with the logical colour.
  14.   For help on using this application run the !Help
  15.   application on RISC-OS Applications Disc 1.
